The Resume Tailor LLC serves all individuals and does not discriminate or turn down anyone seeking our services. However, it is the discretion of the owner of these services to discontinue any services that breach our Integrity Policy or any other term agreements below.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time of service is ten days of the time the client clears the invoice; this includes resumes, cover letters, portfolios, and logo designs. These days may vary depending on the client’s response if additional information is needed for their service to be complete. We will do our best to work with all clients to get their items completed by their desired due date. For expedited services, an additional $15 per day is charged to the original invoice for resume editing services, Logo Designs are an extra $50 for expedited services shorter than the 10-day turnaround.
Payment Policies
After every consultation, interested clients will send an invoice via email. There is a 48-hour window to submit a payment to start services. Once these invoices are fully satisfied, the 10-day window begins for service completion. Please note that all payments to The Resume Tailor, LLC are non-refundable.
Post-Completion Policy
The Resume Tailor LLC wants to ensure that all clients are pleased with the result of their services. Therefore, clients have 48 hours of Completed Resume Service email to review their document and report any items that need revising at that time. Any errors reported after 48 hours must book an Editing & Revision service to make additional changes to their resume.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
The Resume Tailor LLC understands that things unforeseen events happen. There are no fees for Cancelations or Rescheduling for initial Service Consultation. (This Excluded LinkedIn & Interview Coaching Sessions)
Integrity Rule
All resumes and cover letters are edited (and tailored) to reflect each individual's skills, experiences, and education. However, The Resume Tailor LLC Integrity Policy hereby states that we DO NOT condone falsifying information on resumes or cover letters and are in no way responsible for any outcomes of the hiring process. We ask that ALL customers be as transparent with the information disclosed during the resume editing process.
Scheduled Coaching Services Terms
The Resume Tailor LLC team is dedicated to serving all clients seeking to achieve all career goals. Clients are encouraged to reschedule their coaching sessions within a 24-hour window. Due to the amount of preparation and resources, all paid scheduling services are non-refundable after a 24-hour window. Canceled Coaching Sessions before the 24-hour window will be given a 40% refund.
